When it comes to real estate, you really have to have a passion for it in order to do well.  Over the past 15 years since I’ve been in this business, my passion for real estate has only grown stronger.

Samer grew up in the Pittsburgh area and received a degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.  In 2000, he moved to VA to take a job in the finance world.  He then joined Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor where he started to specialize in REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts).  This fueled an appreciation for real estate as an investment vehicle.  In 2004, Samer acquired his real estate license and never looked back.  

Samer's love for real estate stems not just from the real estate itself, but from the relationships that it has allowed him to build.  Samer takes great pride in his relationships with past clients and he believes every new client should be treated like family.  It’s not a surprise that The Naji Group's business model is built mostly on referrals.  We enjoy giving our clients the best care and the best service that we can.  
One of the main reasons why I joined KW was because I truly love to learn and KW is known for having the best training in the industry.  This training has given me the ability to help my clients and to also teach them about the process along the way.  I have also focused my training on my negotiation skills in order to best advocate for my clients.  I feel this sets me apart in the industry.  And even though I have been an NVAR Multi-Million Dollar producer, I don’t like to advertise my accomplishments because, while other agents like to call themselves #1 in a particular area, I don’t.  Because I’m not #1.  You are.  The client has always been and always will be my focus.
